温度对拟薄水铝石性能的影响

摘    要:考察了硫酸铝法制备拟薄水铝石过程中成胶温度和老化温度对拟薄水铝石性能的影响。结果表明,成胶温度和老化温度对拟薄水铝石的影响较大,在实验考察范围内,随着成胶温度和老化温度的升高,拟薄水铝石的晶粒、最可几孔径和结晶度逐渐增大,比表面积先增大后减小;随着成胶温度的升高,孔容逐渐增大,而随着老化温度的升高,孔容则是先增大后减小。

Abstract:Effects of colloid-forming temperature and ageing temperature on the properties of pseudo-boehmite prepared by aluminum sulfate method were investigated.The results showed that colloid-forming temperature and ageing temperature had much influence on properties of pseudo-boehmite.In the experimental range of colloid-forming temperature and ageing temperature,the crystal grain,the most probable pore size and crystallinity of pseudo-boehmite were gradually increased,and the surface area was enhanced first and decreased afterward with the increase of the temperature.Pore volume was increased gradually with the increase of the colloid-forming temperature,but it was increased first and decreased afterward with the enhancement of the ageing temperature.
