| 摘 要： | 介绍了滚珠丝杠激光动态测量系统的设计,包括动态测量原理,激光测量系统的布局,主轴伺服电动机的控制等;并制定了滚珠丝杠激光动态测量仪的检定规程,对该测量仪进行动态测量,给出了测量数据与结果统计分析。该系统检测效率高,操作性强,性能可靠,已在陕西汉江机床有限公司稳定运行。

| Abstract: | The design and implementation of laser dynamic measuring system for ball screws is introduced in this paper. The dynamic measuring principle, laser measuring system layout, and servo motor control system of principal axis are included. And detection rules of the dynamic measuring instrument for ball screws are established, dynamic measurement is completed on the system, and the measurement data and statistical analysis are given.
