Hydrodock拉钉自锁原理及其在铣头自动交换技术中的应用

摘    要:研究了Hydrodock拉钉的工作原理,计算了拉钉松开状态正行程与拉紧状态反行程的机械效率,并求解出松开状态正行程与拉紧状态反行程的自锁条件,分析了Hydrodock拉钉在铣头自动交换技术应用中的技术要点。

Abstract:The working principle of Hydrodock clamping system is studied,mechanical efficency of unclamping status and clamping status is calculated,and self-locking conditions of unclamping status and clamping status are analyzed.By means of these studies,application of Hydrodock clamping system in automatic exchange technique of milling head is introduced.
