| 摘 要： | 针对工程质量监督机构性质地位和质量监督管理模式现状,分析了质量监督机构及监督模式存在的弊端,提出确立监督机构执法地位及按完全备案制改革质量监督工作模式的思路,以期促进新形势下工程质量监督管理工作深化改革。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the performance of the engineering quality supervision organization and the current situation for the quality supervision management, the paper analyzes the quality supervision organizations and its shortages, and points out the identification of the executive position of the supervision organization and reform of the model of supervision management with complete recording system, so as to enhance the deep reform of the quality supervision management in new situation. |
