某商业综合体防火设计难点分析

针对该商业综合体的建筑特点、商业布局,本文主要提出了将步行街两侧的商铺与步行街公共区域采用防火分隔设施分开的建议。在此基础上从防火分隔、防烟排烟系统、自动灭火系统、人员疏散等方面提出了消防设计建议方案。此外,还针对影院提出了相关措施,保障其内部人员安全疏散。根据建筑的火灾危险性设定合理的火灾场景及相应的人员疏散场景,通过数值模拟计算,分析研究火灾及烟气的蔓延特性和人员疏散特性,论证本文提出的消防设计方案是能达到所设定的消防安全目标。

Analysis of a commercial mall on special fire protection design

According to the architectural characteristics and the commercial layout of the commercial mall,the main pedestrian street should be separated with the shops on both sides.On this basis,fire proposals were given on fire separation,smoke exhaust systems,automatic fire extinguishing system and evacuation.In addition,cinema-related measures were given to protect its internal evacuation.According to the fire risk of the building,fire scenario and the corresponding evacuation scenario were designed.Numerical simulation and analysis of the spread of fire and smoke characteristics and evacuation characteristics were done to demonstrate the proposed fire design meeting the fire safety goals.
