| 摘 要： | 以ZnO-Al_2O_3为催化剂,探讨了各种因素对反应结果的影响,提出了适宜的反应条件:ZnO-Al_2O_3催化剂中含Al_2O_340％,常压,反应温度450—475℃,空速1000—2000小时~(-1),氨醛比1.3:1(摩尔比)。异丁腈收率达91％以上。经精制,异丁腈的纯度达98％以上。

| Abstract: | Factors influencing the results of the reaction were investigated.The suitable reaction conditions were:ZnO-40％ Al_2O_3;atmospheric pressure;reaction temperature,450—475℃;space velosity,1500—2000hr~(-1);ammonia/isobutyraldehyde mol ratio,1.3:1.The yield of isobutyronitrile was higher than 91％ under the above conditions. After distillation, the purity of isobutyronitrile was higher than 98％. |
