| 摘 要： | 以山东半岛蓝色经济区为研究对象,介绍了蓝色经济区及胶东调水工程现状及供水情况,分析了受水区水资源开发利用现状及存在的问题,阐明了胶东调水工程在胶东受水区水资源优化配置的类别及形式,充分揭示调水工程在山东半岛蓝色经济区水资源配置中所发挥的重要作用,提出了山东半岛蓝色经济区水资源优化配置总体思路。 |

| Abstract: | Blue Economic Zone in Shandong Peninsula is targeted as a study objective and its current situation and water supply of Jiaodong water diversion project are introduced. Problems with water resources development in the water-receiving areas of the water diversion project are examined. Measures of optimizing water resources allocation in water-receiving areas are proposed. Based on analysis of important role of water diversion project in the Blue Economic Zone, the strategic plan for optimizing water resources allocation in the area is put forward. |
