| 摘 要： | 在开发企业信息管理系统的过程中，数据共享冲突往往是解决的关键之一。本文结合上海卷烟厂数据采集监控系统的设计，针对采用SQL Server数据库共享访问数据时出现的具体问题，探讨了解决并发控制的方法。
