板换换热与压降关联式遗传算法参数辨识

摘    要:针对板换的换热及压降关联式适用范围窄的缺点,在分析板换传热和压力损失原理的基础上,建立板式换热器分布参数模型,借鉴已有的换热和压降关联式,并以关联式中的系数为优化辨识变量,以换热器特性参数模拟值与试验值相对偏差为优化目标函数,采用遗传算法进行优化计算,获得待辨识参数的值,得到新的换热和压降关联式,通过与已有的较高精度关联式和试验数据的比较,证明所获得的关联式具有较高的精度,通过遗传算法参数辨识获得板换换热及压降关联式是一种行之有效的关联式获取方法。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of heat transfer and pressure drop,builts a distributed PHE model.Adoptes the scheme of the current heat transfer correlation(HTC) and pressure drop correlation(PDC) as the basic HTC and PDC,and uses the coefficients of these correlations as the identification parameters,and the relative deviation between values obtained from experimental measurement and simulation of the PHE characteristics parameters as the optimization object.The genetic algorithm was used to calculate the parameters in the basis HTC and PDC.The results show that the new correlations have good agreement with the experimental results and Yan correlations.
