摘    要:针对环境温度影响液位传感器的检测问题,提出了基于Laguerre基函数的液位非线性校正和温度补偿的复合校正模型,采用递推最小二乘(RLS)法对标定液位进行拟合以确定复合补偿模型的参数.根据液位传感器的测量值和环境温度可高精度计算出实际液位.仿真结果表明:补偿后的最大相对误差不超过(3.4145×10-7)%,具有良好的非线性校正和温度补偿效果,在液位检测领域具有重要的理论和应用价值.

Abstract:Considering the problem of liquid level sensor is easily affected by temperature,the compound correction model for liquid level nonlinear correction and temperature compensation based on the Laguerre basis functions is proposed,and the recursive least square(RLS)algorithm is applied to fit calibration liquid level to determine the parameters of the composite compensation model. The method can calculate the actual liquid level with high accuracy according to the measured values of the liquid level sensor and environmental temperature. The simulation results show that the maximum relative error is not more than 3. 4145 ×10 -7%. The proposed approach has good nonlinear correction and temperature compensation effect,and has important theoretical and application value in the field of liquid level detection.
