渗透结晶材料对混凝土裂缝宽度的修复性能

摘    要:为研究渗透结晶防水材料对混凝土裂缝的自修复功能,采用人为制造裂缝后进行混凝土抗渗的试验方法,结合扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对混凝土的微观结构进行了分析和表征。结果表明,在既定的混凝土和水泥浆配合比下,28d龄期时渗透结晶防水材料对混凝土小于1.0mm的裂缝具有很好的自修复作用。掺加渗透结晶材料的水泥浆与混凝土间的界面结合程度与表面无裂缝的混凝土界面过渡区结构基本相同。裂缝宽度大于1.0mm,水泥浆与混凝土间的界面处空隙较大,混凝土抗渗性能降低。

Abstract:Cracks of concrete are healed automatically from prefabricated cracks with permeated crystalline materials by impermeability test methods of concrete.And microstructure of concrete is analyzed and characterized with scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that cracks of concrete that is less than 1.0mm is healed well automatically with permeated crystalline materials at 28 days with determined mix proportions of concrete and cement paste.In addition,interfacial microstructure between concrete with cracks and cement paste with permeated crystalline materials is the same as that of concrete without cracks.Impermeability of concrete whose crack width is more than 1.0mm will reduce because interfacial gap between concrete and cement paste is quite great.
