| 摘 要： | 对有色金属材料的精冲工艺参数进行研究，讨论了压边圈形状和尺寸，压边力和反顶力等工艺参数对精冲质量的影响。通过观察精冲过程金属晶体的变形情况研究了精冲机理，对精冲件剪切面上的撕裂现象作了解释，并提出划分精冲变形区的新见解。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the fine blanking process parameters for nonferrous metals are studied.The influences of the pressure plate shape and dimensions, pressure plate force and counter force of the ejector on component quality are discussed. By observing the deformation of metal crystal the mechanism is researched in the fine blanking processes.The tear on the cutting edges of stampings is explained and a new idea about classification of deformation zone in the fine blanking is proposed. |
