汽车覆盖件模具快速响应设计的若干关键技术研究

摘    要:通过对汽车覆盖件模具的结构分析,提出了基于模块化思想的汽车覆盖件模具快速设计技术,建立了其模块化产品系列和模块划分方法,利用知识工程(KBE)技术和参数化模板实现汽车覆盖件模具通用模块的快速设计,利用UG/WAVE技术和曲面重构技术实现了专用模块的快速设计。通过该快速设计系统,实现了汽车覆盖件模具产品的快速更新。

Abstract:By means of structural analysis upon dies of automobile covering parts a rapid designing technology for dies of automobile covering was put forward based on idea of modularization.Its modularized product series and module dividing method were established.By the use of KBE and parametrized template,the rapid design of general module for dies of automobile covering parts was achieved.Utilizing UG/WAVE technique and curved surface reconstruction technology the rapid design of special purpose module was realized.Through this rapid design system the quick renewal of dies product for automobile covering parts was accomplished.
