锅炉结焦原因分析及解决方案

针对射阳港发电有限责任公司4号锅炉由于入炉煤质差、结焦严重的情况,分析了结焦形成的原因;提出减轻锅炉结焦的解决方案,包括进行煤的合理掺配,燃用易结焦煤时可掺烧灰熔点高的煤种;重新标定一、二、三次风速,使风、粉在炉膛内合理混合,迅速着火燃烧,稳定燃烧,并改善了炉内结焦状况。

Cause Analysis of Boiler Coking and the Remedy

Serious coking troubles were encountered by boiler No.4 of Sheyanggang Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,due to poor quality of inlet coal.By analyzing the coking causes,effective countermeasures were taken,such as blending the coal with other categories whose ash fusion point is high,re-calibrating the primary,secondary and tertiary air speed,so as to make the wind and coal powder mixed adequately,and therefore obtaining rapid ignition and stable combustion in the furnace.These measures have improved the coking co...
