| 摘 要： | 我们研制的脱氢酶活性测定仪是一种在国内外首次开发研制的测定污水处理中污泥活性的专用仪器,它利用光电原理结合微处理系统,将模拟量直接转化为数字量,实现了浓度直读,解决了脱氢酶活性在实际应用中的困难,大大简化了测定程序,其灵敏度高,稳定性和重现性都很理想。采用该测定仪进行检测,可以使脱氢酶活性这一很有价值的指标能够真正用于污水处理工程．

| Abstract: | This article discussed how to use the instrument for measuring dehydrogenase activity.The instrument that is used to measure the activity of activated sludge in the wastewater treatment were recently studied and develop,it which adopts new photoelectric theory with miniprocessing sysem,and transforms imitative quantity into digital amount.Therefore it solves practical difficulties for measuring dehydrogenase activity,greatly simplifies the program in the course of measuring,and it has high sensitivity,stublization and recurrene.As a result the valuable index(dehyeogenase activity)can be reolly putinto use for waster-water treatment engineering. |
