有折流挡板流化床的夹带速率研究

本实验在Φ0.5m有机玻璃柱中进行。研究了当内部构件分别设在稀相区和浓相区时,夹带速率的轴向分布随表观气速、自由空域内的高度及内部构件的类型、尺寸、放置位置的变化规律。实验结果表明,在该实验条件下的流化床输送中,稀相区内部构件的影响比在浓相区内部构件的影响更明显。

Research of Entrainment Rate of Fluidized Bed with Baffle Plate

This experiment was carried out in a 0.5 m diameter plexiglass column. The regularity of longitudinal distribution of entrainment rate which varied with observed Velocity, freeboard height, internals type, size and location, was studied respectively in the case of setting internals in dilute phase zone and condense phase zone. Experiment results showed that in the transport beds of fluidization, internals in the condense phase zone gave a more obvious effect than those in the dilute phase zone.
