大朝山水电站RCC施工质量控制及评价

摘    要:大朝山水电站碾压混凝土总计约62万m^3,采用磷矿渣、凝灰岩混合磨制作为掺合料,在施工工艺上采取了平碾和斜碾的施工方法,在质量上取得了较好的控制。大量的试验统计分析成果表明:大朝山水电站拦河坝RCC各项性能指标均满足设计要求,也满足大坝工程的安全运用要求,其质量合格,部分性能指标达优良水平。

Abstract:The RCC volume of the Dachaoshan Hydropower Station is about 0 62 million m 3 in total The admixture made of grinding the mixture of phosphate slag and tuff was adopted in the RCC In the construction, the plane and inclined rollers was adopted With these measures, the quality of the project was controlled well A lot of results from tests and analysis has showed that all performance indexes of the RCC for the dam of the Dachaoshan Hydropower Station meets the design requirements and the safe operation needs of the dam The quality of the dam is up to standards and some performance indexes of the dam is up to the good level
