13辊矫直机摆动体的结构优化设计

摘    要:
本文首先对13辊矫直机摆动体进行了有限元分析,在此基础上又对摆动体作了优化设计。优化后的重量比原设计减轻的1/3,而且通过优化过程对材料的自动选择,可以在保证摆动体具有足够强度、刚度及最小重量的前提下,全部采用普通钢板组成结构,设计结果是令人满意的。

Abstract:
In this paper the finite element analysis for the swing body of sheet metal straightening machine with 13 rollers is firstly discussed, then the swing body is designed with the method of structure optimal design. The results show that the weight after optimum is decreased by 1/3. By selecting materials automatienly in the optimal process the whole structure can be composed of common steel plates, ensuring enough strength, sufficient stiffness and the local weight of the swing body.
