输电线路外绝缘复合化的实践

摘    要:针对玻璃和瓷绝缘子防污能力较差的问题,强调输电线路外绝缘复合化的必要性和可行性,提出采用复合绝缘子和在玻璃(瓷)绝缘子表面喷涂硫化硅橡胶(RTV)-超长效硫化硅橡胶(PRTV)防污闪涂料的方法对输电线路外绝缘进行改造,并进行经济性分析。实践证明,输电线路外绝缘复合化在防污能力、经济性能、技术可行性、日常维护等方面具有良好的应用效果。

Abstract:In view of the poor anti-contamination ability of glass and porcelain insulators, the necessity and feasibility of composite external insulation on transmission lines are stressed. It is proposed to transform the external insulation on transmission lines by using composite insulators or coating glass (porcelain) insulators with RTV/PRTV. Corresponding economic analysis is also made. The good effects of composite external insulation on transmission lines in anti-pollution ability, economic performance, technical feasibility and routine maintenance are proved in practice.
