抽油泵摩擦磨损试验机的主机设计

摘    要:
国内用于抽油机摩擦磨损试验的试验机试验工况与抽油泵实际工况差别较大,为此研发了可在地面进行模拟研究的抽油泵摩擦磨损试验机。通过对泄漏原油的定量分析,可观察原油泄漏量与泵筒-柱塞之间间隙的关系;对泄漏原油做铁谱分析,可对泵筒与柱塞之间的磨损规律进行研究;还可对抽油泵进行功耗、效率和温升分析。加压机构的设计是该试验机主机设计中的一项重要内容,因此重点分析了加压机构的组成、工作原理、加压杠杆的设计及设计结果。运行试验表明,该加压机构达到了设计要求。

Abstract:
A friction-and-wear test machine for surface simulation test of oil well pumps is developed. By means of this test machine, the relationship between the oil leakage and the barrel-plunger clearance can be determined, and the wear law of the barrel and plunger can be found out based on an analysis of the leaking crude oil. Besides, the power consumption, efficiency and temperature rise of the subsurface pump can be investigated. The components, operating principle and design features of the pressurized structure of the test machine are introduced. And run test shows that the design of the pressurized structure is reasonable.
