基于LabVIEW的道路硬度检测系统设计

摘    要:针对混凝土试块构件的强度测量实验,设计了基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术和单片机技术的道路硬度检测系统.系统主要由压力传感器、信号调理电路、单片机及计算机组成.实验表明:系统具有实时数据采集和处理功能,且测试可靠,可为道路硬度数据分析提供有效参考.

Abstract:On the basis of the strength measuring experiment of concrete block,the rigidity of roads detecting system was exploited with LabVIEW which combined with the computer system integration and single chip technology.The system was based on the pressure sensor,signal conditioning circuit,MCU and computer.Results show that the system test has the function of real-time data acquisition and processing.Simultaneously it is reliable which provide an effective reference to data analysis of the road rigidity.
