摘    要:介绍了具有无线数据传输功能测力装置的工作原理、硬件结构设计、软件系统工作流程及实验结果,该装置以应变式力传感器为核心,利用发射器芯片、接收器芯片构成的无线收发模块,设计出数据采集与无线传输系统。该系统的无线数据采集模块体积小、功耗低、电路构造简单,可以方便地嵌入被监测系统中,利用上位机实现对被测数据的实时监测。

Abstract:The operation principle,the structure of hardware design,the operation procedure of software system and the experiment results of a force-measuring device with the wireless data transmission function are introduced.The strain force transducer is used as the core of the device.The emitter chip and receiver chip are combined in the mode of the wireless transceiver.The data collection and wireless transmission system is designed.The wireless data collection mode of the system is provided with the advantages,such as small size,low power consumption,sinple circuit and convenient installation to the monitored system.The real-time data monitoring is achieved by the receiver of the 232 port.
