摘    要: 文章介绍钢板表面产生的一种搓板状裂纹。对裂纹区域的宏、微观特征和相关的显微组织进行了检验分析,认为这种裂纹的产生与钢板局部板面在奥氏体高温区经历急剧冷却而发生马氏体相变有关,相变后的马氏体自回火组织具有较高的硬度、强度和较低的延塑性,在进一步轧制时产生横向拉裂。

Abstract:A kind of washboard-like eraek on steel plate surface is introduced. Examination and analysis of macro, micro characteristic and relevant mierostrueture of the cracked area are earried out. It shows that this kind of crack has relatied to martensitic transformation during rapid cooling from high-temperature zone of austenite on partial surface of steel plate. The self-empering structure of martettsitic transformed has higher hardness, strength and lower plaslicity, it will produce crack transverse during rolling.
