过氧乙酸自动添加系统的设计与应用

摘    要:
针对过氧乙酸消毒液在使用过程中浓度容易波动的问题,设计过氧乙酸自动添加系统,并对添加液的浓度以及人工添加和自动添加对过氧乙酸浓度稳定性的影响进行研究。结果表明,添加液的浓度采用1:3(过氧乙酸:水)时,与人工添加相比,自动添加系统能使消毒槽内过氧乙酸浓度保持基本稳定。

Abstract:
To avoid the fluctuations of concentration of peracetic acid(PAA)during usage,an automatic adding system was designed.The system was based on metering pumps,and the concentration of the supplementary liquid was studied.The effect of different adding manners to the stability of P0AA concentration was also studied.The result shows that the concentration of PAA fluctuated less when the proportion of PAA:water was 1:3.Compared to adding by hand.antomatic adding system is very useful to keep the PAA concentration constant on the whole.
