基于CO传感器的安全监控装置的研究与设计

摘    要:系统基于MSP430F2101单片机,采用新型CO气敏传感器,在常温下就能检测到50ppm的该有毒气体;传感器采用周期为30s,幅值为1V的正弦电压加热,提高了其抗H2干扰的能力;采用高度集成的模拟传感器信号处理器MAX1452进行信号调理。系统采用超低功耗器件,价格低廉、灵敏度好、精度高、可扩展性强。

Research and design of the coal gas safety monitoring devices based on CO sensor

Abstract:The CO detection system is composed of CO sensor circuit, MAX1452 analog sensor signal processor circuit and the PWM generator circuit,which is based on the MSP430F2101 MCU. It can detect concentration of 50 PPM of the toxic gas at the room temperature. The system makes use of voltage which the amplitude is 1V and the cycle is 30s, which can avoid interference of H2. Because of highly integrated analog sensor signal processor, the system is high precision. Otherwise, this system is low cost and highextensible.
