结焦抑制技术的工业应用

摘    要:介绍了乙烯裂解炉金属催化结焦、自由基结焦和非催化缩合结焦3种结焦机理以及国内外采用的添加结焦抑制剂、炉管涂覆及改变炉管表面的机械构件等结焦抑制技术。综述了国内外结焦抑制技术的工业应用情况。

Abstract:This paper introduced three kinds of mechanisms of coke formation in ethylene furnace, involving metallic catalytic, free radical and non -catalytic condensation coking mechanisms. Coke inhibition technologies are also introduced, such as adding inhibitors, surface coating technology and using mechanical component. The commercial applications of coke inhibition technologies both abroad and at home in recent years are reviewed and suggestions for developing domestic coke inhibition technologies are put forward.
