加氢裂化装置新型换热器管板的有限元分析

摘    要:传统的加氢裂化装置主要换热器采用的是螺纹锁紧环式换热器,存在许多缺点。提出了一种新型的高压缠绕管式换热器结构应用于加氢裂化装置,并对其特殊形式的管板在不同载荷条件下进行了有限元分析和应力评定。新型换热器的安全性和节能性已在实际应用中得到证明。

Abstract:Screw lock ring heat exchangers as main equipments are used in hydrogenation cracking plant which have many shortcomings.A new type high pressure spiral wound heat exchanger used in same plant has been introduced in this paper.Finite Elements Analysis and stress assessment in various load conditions have been carried out on tube-sheet of this new type heat exchanger.Safety and energy economization of this product have been proved in practical application.
