钛合金化铣含氟废水处理技术研究

摘    要:工业含氟废水的处理一直是国内外环保领域的重要课题,尤其是对工业含氟废水的治理,如果处理不当,不仅会污染环境,危害牲畜和农作物的正常生长,更会严重影响人体健康。本课题以某航空企业钛合金酸洗过程中产生的高浓度含氟废水(300~1500mg/l)为研究对象,分别比较了氢氧化钙+电凝聚法及电凝聚法+氢氧化钙的处理效果,结果表明氢氧化钙+电凝聚法可使从含氟废水浓度由1000mg/l降至3.51 mg/l,废水达到排放标准要求。

Abstract:Defluorination in industrial waste water become the most important research tasks in environment protection home and abroad, especially to the industrial treatment of fluorine wastewater, if not handled properly, will not only pollute the en- vironment,but also damage to the livestock and crops to normal growth, even seriously affect the health of human beings. This topic takes high concentration fluoride wastewater( 500 ~ 1500 mg/L) in the pickling process of titanium alloy produc- tion about an aviation enterprise as treatment object, respectively compares the effect of Ca (OH)_2 + electrocoagulation method and eleetrocoagulation + Ca(OH)_2 method, the results showed that calcium hydroxide + electrocoagulation method can make from the concentration of fluoride containing wastewater from 1000mg/l to 3.51 mg/l,the waste water reach the discharge standard.
