社区老年人户外环境满意度评价研究进展及趋势

通过对社区户外环境满意度概念的梳理,从健康、参与和安全的角度对户外环境满意度概念进行了界定,构建了户外环境满意度概念模型。从社区老年人户外环境满意度评价指标体系和评价模型两方面总结了国内外社区老年人户外环境满意度评价研究进展。从全龄化社区、邻里再生理论和积极老龄化三方面分析了社区老年人户外环境满意度的研究趋势,以期为社区老年人户外环境规划与建设提供参考。

RESEARCH PROGRESS ON OUTDOOR ENVIRONMENT SATISFACTION EVALUATION OF COMMUNITY ELDERLY

Based on the research and analysis of the concept of community'ssatisfaction with the outdoor environment, the concept of satisfaction with the outdoor environment from perspective of health, participation and safety is defined and a conceptual model of satisfaction with the outdoor environment is constructed. The progress of research about elderly people’s satisfaction with outdoor environment is summarized from two aspects of evaluation index system of elderly people’s satisfaction with outdoor environment and evaluation model. The research trends of the elderly community’s satisfaction with the outdoor environment is analyzed from three aspects: full-age community, neighborhood regeneration theory and active aging, so as to provide reference for the construction and environmental project of the elderly community’s outdoor environment.
