摘    要:预制装配式框架结构的优势在于建造速度快、劳动力要求低、结构质量好、经济环保等,更有利于社会的持续健康绿色发展。但这种结构抗震性能比较差,地震时容易造成巨大的安全隐患和经济损失。基于上述预制装配式框架结构节点的抗震性能较差这一特点,文中提出了将多种消能装置,按其不同的消能减震性能特点布置在预制结构的梁柱节点和柱脚节点等薄弱节点,形成一种全新的预制装配式消能减震框架体系,提高预制装配式框架结构的抗震性能。

Abstract:The advantages of prefabricated frame structure include fast construction speed, low labor requirements, good structure quality, economic and environmental protection, etc., which are more conducive to the sustainable, healthy and green development of society. However, the seismic performance of this kind of structure is relatively poor, which is likely to cause huge potential safety hazards and economic losses during the earthquake. Based on the poor seismic performance of the precast fabricated frame joints mentioned above, this paper puts forward that a new precast fabricated energy dissipation frame system is formed by arranging various energy dissipation devices at the weak joints of precast structure, such as beam-column joints and column-foot joints, according to their different energy dissipation characteristics, so as to improve the seismic performance of precast fabricated frame structures.
