摘    要:针对铁岭发电厂#3汽轮发电机组#5轴振、#4瓦振的振动过大问题,对#3机组的轴振动和瓦振动进行了全面测试,通过数据分析查明振动超限原因是发电机-低压转子间短轴与相邻转子联接对轮偏差较大以及低压转子存在一定的二阶质量不平衡。改善发电机-低压转子间短轴联接对轮对中状态及低压转子现场高速动平衡,解决了振动超限问题。

Abstract:In view of the excessive vibration on # 5 shaft and # 4 bearing of No. 3 turbo-generator in Tiding Power Plant, the shaft vibration and bearing vibration of No. 3 power unit were fully tested. According to the data analysis, the cause for excessive vibration was determined, i. e. the excessive coupling deviation between the generator-LP rotor short shaft and adjacent rotor, as well as the second-order mass unbalance existing on LP rotor. The alignment and field dynamic balance were proposed to improve the conditions of LP rotors, so as to solve the excessive vibration problem.
