| 摘 要： | 分析了新疆水资源开发利用现状，存在的问题包括河湖水恶化，土地荒漠化，植被退化，水旱灾害加剧等。指出必须加强水环境保护与水土流失治理，提出了实现水资源可持续利用的有效措施。

| Abstract: | Analyzing the current situation about utilization of water resources,the existent problems are worse of water in river and lake,desertification of land,deteriorating of vegetation and aggravating of flood and drought.This paper points out that the water enviroment must be protected further and soil erosion must be brought under control.It gives the measures for sustainable development of water resources in the region. |
