双级旋流管分离器研究

摘    要:对直通式旋流管的分离机理进行了理论分析,并利用CFD对某旋流管单级和双级串联的分离性能进行了仿真计算,结果表明双级串联旋流管式粗滤器较单级旋流管的效率确实有所提高,特别是在小流量下对于10μm以下粒子的分离效率提高较明显,从而在理论上保证了压气机和发动机的使用要求,通过试验验证了仿真结果。

Abstract:By analyzing the separation mechanism of a certain cyclone and simulating the separation ability using CFD software,results show that separation efficiency of series-wound two-stage cyclone tube were higher than one stage cyclone tube.The efficiency of separation is remarkable especially for particles smaller than 10μm under the small flow.Ensure the engine meet the using need in theories.Simulation result has been conformed by the test.
