| 摘 要： | 在项目管理立项评估数据的基础上,通过科学设计BP神经网络模型结构,结合Matlab7.0软件将BP算法的评估模型首次应用在科研项目的立项评估中。通过科研项目立项评估模型的实际运行,证明了该评估算法的有效性,有力提高了科研部门的立项评估水平。

| Abstract: | According to the data of the past projects that have been evaluated this paper designs the BP evaluation model. That model is used into the projects evaluation for the fist time. It is based on the Matlab 7.0 software. This model is tested in the application. It is true that this model can improve the assessment level and is useful. It shows that this arithmetic is effective. |
