火炮反后坐装置密封件工作压强数值仿真

摘    要:导致火炮反后坐装置密封件失效的关键参数是密封件的工作压强.在反后坐装置和内弹道模型基础上,通过数值仿真方法,获得了某型火炮工作过程中驻退机和复进机各腔室压强变化曲线。分析了火炮使用过程中装药号、药温、射角、弹重、药室增长量、节制环内径磨损量、液体温度等参数对压强峰值的影响,最后给出了各因素综合作用下压强的最大峰值。

Abstract:Work pressures are key parameters which result in gun recoil equipment seal parts" failure. Based on the models of recoil system and interior ballistics, numuerical simulation method was used to obtain certain gun's cavity pressure curves during firing process. The effect on pressure peak values of gun use parameters such as charge number, powder temperature, fire angle, ball weight, chamber enlargement, throttling valve inner diameter abrasion, recoil liquid temperature, was analyzed. The maximum pressure peak values comsidering all the use parameters were presented.
