电液控制技术在钻机上的应用与发展

摘    要:为充分发挥电液技术的优势,扩大电液控制技术在钻机上的应用范围,提高钻机的整体性能,文中通过电液控制技术在石油钻机液压猫头、盘式刹车、套装井架起升、自动送钻以及钻机移动等5种装置上的应用及改进实例介绍,说明了电液技术在钻机上应用,可以提高钻机的控制性能,降低操作人员的劳动强度,提高钻机的安全可靠性。同时为进一步提高钻机综合性能,提出钻机装备应从扩大电液技术应用范围、降低系统成本、提高系统安全可靠性、加强节能控制等方面开展电液控制技术的应用研究。

Application of Electro-hydraulic Control Technology and its Development Proposals on the Oil Rig

Abstract:In order to give fldl play to the advantages and expand the application range of the electro-hwlraulie technology on the rig,the application and improvement examples of the electro-hydraulic technology on the hydraulie eatilead, disk brake, raising mast, automatic feed driller and rig movers, were introdueed. It showed that the eleqro- hydraulic technology eouht improve the control perfnrmance of the rig, reduce the labor intensity of the operator and enhantc lhe rig's safety aml reliability. To improve the rig's comprehensive performance, the electro-hydraulic control technol.gy shouht be researched in terms of the application range expansion, the system cost reduction, the safely and reliability improvement, strengthening the system energy saving control.
