| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the present problems that exist in the exploitation and viewpoint of technology, economy, society sources and environment should be insisted ploiting and utilizing mineral resources and condition of the mineral resources in Heilongjiang province, indicates the utilization of mineral resources. On the basis of demonstration, from the and environment, the author points out the sustainable development of reon developing and utilizing mineral resources soundly, The program of exthe strategic countermeasures are put forward in this paper. |
