| Abstract: | Firstly,this paper introduces the background construction and current situation of IT requirements management of the domestic telecom operator.Secondly,this paper depicts amply the problems and analysis the causes in IT requirements management in telecommunication industry.This paper provides references of solution for telecommunication industry to establish IT requirements management system and explore the vital factors in the implementation phase. |
