| 摘 要： | 从建设项目的决策阶段、设计阶段、实施阶段和竣工阶段等四个过程,较为详尽的阐述了各阶段工程造价控制管理。文中为提高工程造价管理质量,对如何加强工程造价的全过程管理和如何促进工程造价的全过程管理的实施提出了几点建议。
