焦化柴油氧化法脱碱性氮研究

摘    要:针对抚顺石油三厂焦化柴油进行氧化法非加氢预精制研究,选用实验室所开发出的氧化剂,采用单因素试验方法,考察反应温度、反应时间、氧化剂与油的质量比和催化剂与油的质量比等因素对精制效果及收率的影响,确定出适宜的工艺条件为:m(催化剂)/m(油)为0.010~0.020,m(氧化剂)/m(油)为0.010~0.015,反应温度30~40℃,沉降时间为20~30 min,反应时间10~20min。在此工艺条件下,碱性氮脱除率达到96%以上,柴油颜色呈现较好的浅黄色,可有效缓和后序加氢精制操作条件。

Abstract:The non-hydrogenation pre-refining of coker diesel in Fushun Third Petroleum Factory by oxi-dation was investigated,selecting the oxidant developed by our laboratory,using single-factor experi-ment,the influences of several factors,such as reaction temperature,reaction time,the mass ratio of oxi-dant to diesel,the mass ratio of catalyst to oil and etc,on refined effects and yield were analyzed to de-termine the suitable process condition.When mass ratio of catalyst to oil is 0.010—0.020,mass ratio of oxidant to diesel is 0.010—0.015,reaction temperature is 30—40 ℃,settling time is 20—30 min,re-action time is 10—20 min,the basic nitrogen removal can reach 96%,and coker diesel showes a better light yellow color,which can effectively alleviate the operating conditions in hydrogenation process.
