| 摘 要： | 研究了引入莫来石和二氧化锆复合相对钛酸铝陶瓷坩埚的热膨胀影响,借助SEM分析了材料的断 口形貌,从显微结构上解释了Al_2TiO_5基复相陶瓷坩埚热震后的断裂机制和损坏机理。
