The Present Situation and Thoughts on Jiangsu Cuisine Occupational Education

Jiangsu cuisine occupational education provides Jiangsu catering industry with large numbers of people of talent in cuisine for its development. However, it develops in an unbalanced way. In order to meet the requirements for the talents of developing catering industry in the new situation, what is in urgent need is to draw up a practical feasible strategy for the development of Jiangsu cuisine occupational education, emancipate the mind, renew the idea and put the cultivation of students' comprehensive quality in the first place. All of the above should be done under the guidance of the ideology of scientific development.
