八面河低渗透率稠油油藏压裂工艺的研究与应用

摘    要:
八面河油田面14区沙4段具有渗透率低、油稠的特点。据此,用低浓度、低度交联、对水敏性地层伤害小的压裂液配方体系,对地层进行有机解堵、酸化等预处理;用压裂模拟软件优化施工设计,提高加砂强度能够使压裂后的地层保持足够的导流能力,避免地层出砂,取得了显著的增产效果。这种方法在难以动用的沙4段6砂组得到了有效利用,增加了可采储量。

Abstract:
According to some features of low permeability and viscous oil reservoir in S4 member of Mianl4 area,Bamianhe Oilfield,a fracturing fluid system with properties of low concentration, low cross-linking, and minimized damage to water sensitive formation has been developed for formation pretreatment by organic plug-removing and acidizing,job design optimizing with modeling software and increasing sand-pumping strength,to maintain high formation conductivity and preventing sand production from the formation after the treatment, which has resulted in remarkable oil production increase. The technique has gained oil production in unprofitable No. 6 Sand zones in S4 member effectively,and has increased the recoverable reserves.
