摘    要:研究了以对苯二酚和甲基叔丁基醚 ( MTBE)为原料 ,以酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂合成 2 ,5二叔丁基对苯二酚 ( DBHQ)。用正交试验法 ,得到合成 DBHQ的适宜工艺条件为 :n ( MTBE)∶ n (对苯二酚 ) =3∶1 ,m (催化剂 )∶ m (对苯二酚 ) =0 .6∶ 1 ,反应时间为 7~ 8h,反应温度为 80℃ ,连续分出甲醇。在此条件下产物中的 DBHQ质量分数可达 91 .9%。

Abstract:Synthesis of 2,5-di-tert-butylhydroquinone by alkylation of hydroquinone with methyl tertbutyl ether (MTBE) was studied. The effects of reaction time, reaction temperature and solvents on the yield of 2,5-di-tert-butylhydroquinone were also investigated. Under the optimum conditions: the reaction temperature about 80 ℃, the reaction time 7~8 h, n(MTBE)∶n(hydroquinone)=3∶1, m(catalyst)∶m(hydroquinone)=0.6∶1, the content of 2,5ditertbutylhydroquinone in the product reached 91.9%. Because of its high yield and mild conditions, this method is convenient for preparing 2,5-di-tert-butylhydroquinone and prospective in industrial application.
