摘    要:针对铝合金压铸模具极易出现点蚀、磨损以及脱模性能差等问题,采用等离子喷涂工艺在模具材料H13 钢基体上制备Al2O3-TiO2 陶瓷硬质涂层,通过正交试验优化了喷涂电流、喷涂电压、喷涂距离。分析结果表明:采用优化工艺对模具材料进行表面强化处理,显著改善了模具材料的硬度、耐磨性及脱模性,表面平均硬度最高可达976. 1HV,摩擦系数在0. 4 左右,浸高温铝液后的粘铝较少。

Abstract:Aluminum alloy die casting die currently has a problem that the surface is easy to generate pitting, wear,poor knockout performance. In order to solve this problem, the Al2 O3 -TiO2 ceramic coating on mould H13 by plasma spraying was prepared. We have designed orthogonal experiment based on current, voltage and spraying distance and optimized spraying parameters. The results show that by surface strengthening with the optimized process, the hardness of Al2 O3 -TiO2 coating is 976. 1HV, the friction factor is about 0. 4. The coating wear hardness, wear resistance and knockout perfomance are improved significantly.
