| 摘 要： | 如何避免以小汽车为导向的交通方式及其导致的以城市的低密度扩张为特征的城市蔓延现象,成为近年来城市规划领域的重要课题.TOD理论作为城市精明增长理念下重要的技术手段,被引入到城市地下空间开发利用中,以期通过两者的结合,探讨城市地下空间开发利用的模式,促进城市可持续的发展. |

| Abstract: | In recent years,it has been an important issue in the field of urban planning that how to avoid the so-called "urban sprawl" leaded by the automobile-oriented transportation.As one of the most important techniques of smart growth theory,"TOD"(Transit-Oriented Development) is introduced in the study of the utilization of urban underground space to develop a new way for sustainable development of the city. |
