小麦A、B型淀粉分离提取方法研究

摘    要:该研究对小麦A、B型淀粉分离提取方法进行探讨,结果表明,采用水柱沉淀离心法,在淀粉浆浓度0.1 g/mL、离心速度200 r/min、静置时间40 min和静置次数3次条件下,可快速、有效分离A、B型淀粉;A、B型淀粉得率分别为74.2%和23.7%,淀粉损失2.1%。经显微照相显示,此条件下A、B型淀粉分离彻底。

Abstract:The methods of isolation and extraction of A– and B–type starch granules in wheat were investigated.The results showed that A– and B–type starch granules were isolated effectively and quickly using the water column sedimentation and centrifugalization method.The optimized process parameters are that concentration of starch slurry 0.1 g/mL,centrifugal speed 200 r/min,standing time 40 min,and 3 times.The yield of A– and B–type starch granules were 74.2% and 23.7% respectively,the loss ratio of starch was 2.1%.The micrographs showed that A– and B–type starch granules were isolated completely under above conditions.
