基于ANSYS的开关磁阻电机静态电磁分析

摘    要:详细叙述了基于ANSYS有限元软件的APDL语言的三相12/8结构的开关磁阻电机几何建模、网格剖分、载荷施加、边界条件、求解及后处理等步骤,建立了二维开关磁阻电机的有限元模型,分析随电机转子位置变化的开关磁阻电机静态磁场,获得了电感、磁链及转矩等数据,为开关磁阻电机的本体优化及控制系统设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The finite element simulation model of three-phase 12/8 structure switched reluctance motor is established based on APDL language of ANSYS software. The process of the model consist of geometric modeling, element meshing, loading, boundary conditions applying, calculation executing and post-processing. The static electromagnetic characteristics with the rotor position are analyzed, the data of phase inductance, the phase flux and torque are obtained. The analysis based on APDL language of ANSYS software provide a theoretical basis for the design of switched reluctance motor.
