摘    要:本文针对MDEA 在液化气脱硫生产运行过程中,因杂质和盐的不断带入,使胺液发生降解,吸收效率逐渐下降,导致产品质量不合格,设备、工艺管线出现孔蚀引起胺液泄漏、环境污染等现象加以分析,并作出相应的解决对策,提高胺液的吸收效果,保证液化气质量合格,使装置达到了优质高效长周期运行的目的.

Abstract:In this paper the MDEA in liquefied gas desulfurization in the production process, due to impurities and salt constant into, make amine degradation, absorption efficiency decreased gradually, resulting in corrosion, equipment, process pipelines appeared pitting caused amine liquid leakage, environmental pollution and other phenomena are analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures, improving amine absorption effect, guarantee that the liquefied petroleum gas corrosion qualified, highquality Gao Xiaochang cycle operation device.
