一种保洁机器人的设计

摘    要:针对工业用大型炉膛及炉体内腔的清洗问题,设计一种腔体内的清洁设备,它相当于一个保洁机器人,主要由基础板、升降组件、旋转组件、水喷洗组件等组件组成,工作过程由升降运动、旋转运动和高压水喷射运动三个运动来完成,这三个运动可以同时进行,也可以任选其二,或独立进行,动作类似于保洁工人的操作,类手臂拖动鬃刷或保洁棉纱,运动灵活,上下左右360°圆周作业。在高压水射流的作用下,臂杆伸出,球形喷头的脑袋同时使其高压水五面喷射,冲刷欲清洁的内腔壁,并滋润着臂杆上舞动的棉纱。它可以为大型设备内腔壁的清洁提供机械化操作,且清洁效果极佳。

Abstract:For cleaning the large-scale industrial furnace cavity a chamber cleaning equipment is designed, which is equivalent to a cleaning robot. It is made of many components including the foundation board, lift components, rotating components and water spray assembly components. The working process is accomplished by the three movement: lifting motion, rotational motion, the high-pressure water jet motion. These three actions can be performed simultaneously, may also optionally second, or independently. The action is similar to the operation of the cleaning worker, and class bristle arm can drag cleaning brush or cotton, flexibly move around. The high pressure water may jet at five different directions to clean internal wall of furnace cavity. It can provide automatic cleaning operations for the large equipments with excellent cleaning effect.
